Our 10-Step Sod Installation Program

With 56 years of experience, we have developed an efficient and comprehensive program for our sod installation services. Whether it’s a small or large area, our team follows a step-by-step guide to ensure yards look green and soft. Customers are recommended to closely follow this program and request immediate assistance from our professional sod installers.

Restore the beauty of your lawn by following these steps:

Step #1:

Spray your yard with herbicide to kill grass and weeds from the roots.

Step #2:

Mark your sprinkles to protect them during the installation process.

Step #3:

Use sod-cutting machines to remove the old lawn.

Step #4:

Pick up the remains.

Step #5:

Haul away the lawn debris.

Step #6:

Hand-rake the new sodding area.

Step #7:

Apply soil treatment.

Step #8:

Ask our professionals to install Certified Grade #1 St. Augustine or Bahia sod (or any other of our quality sod for sale).

Step #9:

Ensure sprinkles are not damaged.

Step #10:

Apply a liquid fertilizer, fungicide, and insecticide to sodded area within 7 to 30 days. Our team can also apply the fungus treatment on the 7th or 10th step for an additional cost.

Although we follow these steps closely, the process may change depending on city, county, or state regulations. Contact us to learn if our sodding process changes in your area.
